• You have 30 days from date of arrival to return your purchase if not satisfied for any reason. Unit must be in pristine condition and returned in original packaging materials.
• Please know that sometimes orders are backed up due to high demand and could, but not always, take several weeks to complete.

• We offer a lifetime warranty on all our products so keep the original paperwork. The vacuum tubes are warranted for 24 months from date of purchase. For repairs, you just pay for shipping with insurance both ways.
